Last month, on October 3, 2016, we had the opportunity to support an educational scholarship for Queen of Peace High School located in Burbank, IL. Each year the Catholic all-girls school holds an annual golf outing to raise funds for the scholarship.
This year, the golf event, aptly named “Fore the Girls”, celebrated 24 years. By getting involved with the event PCS International had the opportunity to support the local community and schools with scholarship funding. More specifically, this scholarship helps to support educational opportunities and the rising cost of private education. By sponsoring one of the holes on the course, we were proud to assist Queen of Peace High School with raising over $65,000 for this year’s event and surpassing their $50,000 event goal.
PCS International looks forward to participating in next year’s golf event and working to support the communities our employees live and work in. We value the education of our children along, the growth and prosperity of our local schools and are proud to provide continuing support to Queen of Peace School.
