BLACKBERRY PILOT PROGRAM - MAJOR HIGH TECH MANUFACTURER
In this project PCS International has spent almost a year working with the in-house IT Staff to evaluate PDA devices. After the Blackberry device was selected for evaluation, we assisted with the procedures, documentation, infrastructure setup, and deployment of these units. During the pilot we will handle all support of the units including survey of the customer experience. Once done, we will prepare a management report to evaluate the experience from all angles so that the technology management committee can make an informed decision about what to deploy ongoing and what the overall lifecycle costs will look like.

SERVER FARM UPDATE - 70 USER LAW FIRM
This law firm has a lot of technology, but as they have grown there hasn't been an overall plan in place to best use their technology. That's where PCS International steps in. Using a combination of new servers, rebuilt servers, and re-tasked servers we will be giving the entire infrastruture a complete make-over and set the stage for their growth over the next 2-4 years.

OPEN REMOTE SALES OFFICE - BILLION DOLLAR DEVELOPMENT FIRM
We went to Waikiki, Hawaii to setup all the technology needs for this small sales center which will be used by a premier real estate developer to sell one of their developments. We took care of every element of the technology from workstations and servers to coordination of the audio visual, phone, and telecom vendors. Complete "technology general contractors" in this situation, we even helped get the power turned on a week early!
