That way if there is a failure, we're going to know about it before you do and we'll get working on a correction right away. PCS signs purchase agreement to move our new Corporate Headquarters from Schaumburg, IL to Inverness, IL (3 miles Northwest of our current site). PCS Has been at the 1340 Remington location for almost 15 years and it's time to move!

10/30/07 - PCS International is now a Microsoft GOLD Partner! This is the highest level of engagement a firm can have within the Microsoft Partner program!

We've signed a contract with the leading professional services software provider to intgerate their systems into our help desks systems. By the end of October, we will launch this new system for all our customers. With this will be our new customer portal, which will allow customers to open new tickets online, view their tickets and current status, as well as see all invoices and account status!
We've ALSO signed a contract with the leading managed service proactive monitorign and management solution provider to intgerate their systems into our help desks systems. By the end of October, we will launch this new system for select customers. With this new service, we can proactive monitor servers, firewalls, desktops, laptops and more. We can see performance trends, over time, and report on them for you monthly to better allow you to manage you IT upgrades based on documented performance metrics!
PCS will be helping setup a new collections agency with (5) servers, (36) workstations, and all the necessary IT Infrastructure - from scratch - in less than 2 weeks!
September 2007
A small shared office space company with three Chicago locations has had us redesign their network to provide security, internet use reporting, and bandwidth limiting to improve their service to all customers. This project involved (5) firewalls, (7) switches, (3) locations, (5) T1s, and many many wires!
Leo and Keith have joined PCS International. Both bring MANY years of desktop and network support to our team.

We have begun replacing, reorganizing, and updating ten servers for a 70 user law firm across three locations in Illinois.
New PCS International Website is launched!

We opened a sales center for a premier developer in Waikiki, Hawaii.
We have begun a 30 user Blackberry and Blackberry Server deployment for a high technology company.

PCS International is happy to announce we have expanded our offerings to cover the Los Angeles/Orange County markets with the addition of permanent staff in the Los Angeles area. A permanent office will be located central to Los Angeles and Irvine to allow for fast reaction time to both markets.
